This Eye Mask Is Actually Proven To Fight Wrinkles

1. Cold Milk Eye Mask:
Ingredients | Quantity |
Cold milk | 1-2 tablespoons |
Procedure:
- Take a bowl, add 1-2 tablespoons of cold milk.
- With the help of a cotton ball, apply the cold milk around your eyes.
- Gently massage the milk in circular motions for about 2-3 minutes.
- Leave it to dry for about 10-15 minutes.
- Then, wash it with cold water.
Apply this eye mask once daily.
2. Oatmeal Flour & Warm Milk Eye Mask:
Ingredients | Quantity |
Milk | 1 tablespoon |
Oatmeal flour | 1 tablespoon |
Procedure:
- Take a pan, boil the milk for about 2-3 minutes.
- Then, add oatmeal flour to it.
- Mix both the ingredients well till a smooth paste is formed.
- Apply the mask around your eyes.
- Gently massage the milk in circular motions for about 2-3 minutes.
- Leave it to dry for about 20 minutes.
- Then, wash it with cold water.
Apply this eye mask two to three times a week.
3. Butter & Banana Eye Mask:

Butter | 1 tablespoon |
Procedure:
- Take a bowl, add a tablespoon each of mashed banana and butter.
- Mix both the ingredients well.
- Apply the mask around your eyes.
- Gently massage the milk in circular motions for about 2-3 minutes.
- Leave it to dry for about 15 minutes.
- Then, wash it with lukewarm water.

4. Potato & Olive Eye Mask:

Potato | 2-3 tablespoons |

- Take a bowl, add 2-3 tablespoons of mashed potato and a tablespoon of olive oil.
- Mix both the ingredients well properly.

5. Pineapple, Yogurt & Honey Eye Mask:

Pineapple pulp | 1/2 cup |
Yogurt | 1/2 teaspoon |
Honey | 1/2 teaspoon |

- Take a bowl, add the pineapple pulp paste and mash it with the help of a fork.
- Then, add yogurt and honey to it.
- Mix both the ingredients well till a smooth paste is formed.
- Apply the mask around your eyes.
- Gently massage the milk in circular motions for about 2-3 minutes.
- Leave it to dry for about 15-20 minutes.
- Then, wash it with cold water.

6. Fenugreek Seeds Eye Mask:

Fenugreek seeds | A handful |
Water | 1/2 cup |
Procedure:
- Firstly, take a handful of fenugreek seeds and add them to a food processor.
- Then, add half a cup of water.
- Grind the seeds so that a smooth paste is formed.
- Apply the mask around your eyes.
- Gently massage the milk in circular motions for about 2-3 minutes.
- Leave it to dry for about 10 minutes.
- Then, wash it with cold water.
