The combination of all these active ingredients in a single capsule works by lowering triglyceride levels, and cholesterol[6] in the blood. It inhibits the synthesis of very low-density lipoproteins[7] by killing and suppressing the harmful bacterial growth[8]. It relaxes and slows down the overactive heart muscles and acts on megaloblastic bone marrow[9] to control them.
